When I complained about this, they said that I was dissatisfied with the items and that I cancelled my order. Not true. They were seeking a specific Dictaphone model that is no longer made and were disappointed we could not provide it. Our listing does not claim these are that discontinued model, and we accurately described the product and resolved the matter promptly and courteously.
