Swelling of my legs. Lower back pain and wanting to lose some weight. Starting with 10 minutes daily getting used to it. Now increasing to 20 minutes. Negative. I weigh 200 lbs. when operating the machine, the vibrations were so strong, everything in the room shook. Causing things to fall over.

It's very easy to use and just after a few days, there is significant improvement in my flexibility and pain level in my legs and hips. I'm going slow on this because it is a powerful machine. I'm in my 70's and received clearance from my doctor before purchasing.
