I think it is going to be very beneficial for me comes with bungies for different exercises.It has a remote and is very responsive. I set the timer for 10 minutes and monitored a long with my clock and it stopped right on the money.. I have size 13 shoes and it accommodates my feet. I noticed that it suction cups to the floor. I like it. I ordered pre-owned and it's in like new shape.
