Their customer service department is excellent. The hanging birdfeeder as well built, and should last for years. I sent meesage to unbeatable solutions . They responded quickly apologized and offered me 2 options keep the box and get a partial refund or return for a fool refund. I diceded to keep the box for partial refund . They deposit the money the next day. Would definatly recommend doing buisness.
