He didn't have the exact color belt I wanted for my new boots so he helped me by telling me to send him a picture of the boots. Seems less than a week later and the new belt arrives AND PERFECTLY MATCHED.. I immediately sent him another picture for my other new boots and same ting..., he matched it PERFECTLY and both are my favorite belts. The man apparently knows his craft!!!
