The innovative DS6151 design allows you to dial out or receive telephone calls on two different lines from the same phone. If you want, you can even use two bases on the same two lines. VTech 2-line cordless phones are ideal if you have a home business. You will know immediately whether a call is business or personal before answering the phone. Encryption provides digital security. The caller ID displays the name, number, day, and time of each call. The display appears on an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen. The telephone answering system can be turned on or off as desired. DECT cordless technology allows dual-mode speaker phones. The VTech DS6151 2-line cordless phone is an expandable system. You can increase the number of handsets up to 12 with just one integrated phone jack. Both the handset and the base include speaker phones. Everyone is able to hear the details of a telephone conversation clearly. You can adjust the volume on each handset, and these phone accessories are compatible with hearing aids. You won't miss important telephone calls while you're multitasking because you can place a handset in each room. The range from base to handset is 100 feet or more depending on obstructions. You can transfer a telephone call from one handset to another with the press of a button. Conference calls can include one outside line and up to four handsets. Each cordless handset allows you to plug in a headset. The sound is clear whether you’re listening directly through the handset or through the headset. You can also locate misplaced handsets from the base. You can make, answer, or end a call from handsets or the base. The VTech DS6151 expandable cordless phone can store ID/call information for 50 callers, all available at your fingertips. You can recall up to 20 numbers for redial. The system will save the numbers of missed calls, and the VTech digital answering system will record up to 13 minutes of messages for you. Separate mailboxes are provided for each line, and a light will turn on to tell you when you have messages waiting. Setting up of the VTech DS6151 cordless phone is easy. It doesn’t matter if you have both lines coming through one phone jack or a jack for each line. Either way, it’s a simple matter to plug the jacks into the base, so there’s no need for a splitter or other accessories. The menus are easy to follow. You may choose from English, French, or Spanish for your displays. Features include large function buttons. The system includes the basics such as directory, hold, redial, and flash. Additional functions include intercom, pause, and pulse to tone. Numerals on the keypad are large and backlit for ease of use. A light flashes to let you know which phone line is in use when you receive or make a call. You can even select ringtones to identify callers for complete customization with this VTech device.

    Shipping was fast. Quality of the tool looks great. The box did have a little tear but tool was unaffected. Very reasonable price especially how good the tool looked. I haven’t used it yet but when I do if I remember I’ll update you. I would definitely buy from this company again. No communication but filled my order and shipped it out really fast. If it works well, I’ll come back and give it 5 stars. The only reason it has 4 is because I haven’t used it yet
