Each drive are about five years old, and 350 terabyte was written on them; not too shabby. These numbers could easily uploaded in item description. Hopefully, I don't have to use warranty replacement.

I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. Will be buying my drives from here forward.

FYI, if you use this raid controller outside of an HP machine like I did, there is no way to plug in the BBU, and without it, the card disables the onboard cache.
