They cancelled my first order because they couldn't fulfill the order for whatever reason. The 2nd order was actually shipped but the computer literally would not boot up because they put an incompatible CPU in it and then did not test it. We have a tight knit Sales team here in Michigan but we have 2 top notch Sales agents that work remotely. That being said, this issue stemmed from Dell having multiple BIOS ver for the same model with only the later models being compatible with newer CPUs. Unfortunately we learned this too late. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and as we stated before, we can offer a future courtesy discount.
