I see that some of the other buyers have had better experiences with this seller, but that hasn't been the case with me in any degree. The item was sent using a tracked service, but unfortunately, it appears to have been lost by Royal Mail. You initially opened a return request but later closed it. In order for us to process a refund, we kindly ask that you open an Item Not Received case through eBay. Once the case is opened, we will be able to issue a refund for the amount paid. Please note that, packages can occasionally get lost in transit.
