I returned as these lint removers are USB and not directly into wall outlet. You need a wall charger for these. I attached pictures so maybe that can be helpful to someone. Probably the mail carrier gave it to another person. It was in my mailbox the next day. No problems from the seller. The product was just as described. The seller was very responsive and ready to act for a solution.

I appreciate this seller for their generousity by sending a FREE replacement.

I messaged them and they immediately sent out the correct order. They told me to keep the other products too as an apology for getting the order incorrect.
