  Outstanding seller. The postage was extremely prompt, the packaging was secure, and well executed to ensure that the item arrived completely unblemished and undamaged. The item was as described and duplicated in the photos, which were incidentally clear and taken from multiple angles. The price and value of the item was very competable.   Excellent packaging, a good quality item exactly as described, very helpful communication. Very fair postage , and a reasonable price! Not only that, but the item came with a gift attached. I now know that Wigan is not only the home to The Lathums ( the best indie pop band around ) but is also famous for ‘uncle Joe’s mint balls’ A top seller who I would highly recommend, and would use again without hesitation!

  Really lovely teapot with no marks or cracks There was a tea stain inside the pot and upon contacting the seller I was offered a full refund which was unexpected and very generous. The item arrived on time and well packaged. Even without the refund, the teapot was good value for money. Seller communication was prompt and outstanding. Highly recommended seller.
