I purchased a DVD set of The Beatles "Get Back" documentary but I received a Blu-Ray version by mistake. I sent an email requesting a refund and had a reply back in less than an hour. He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers. The product was exactly as described, and the time it took from ordering to arriving at my home was practically as good as Amazon. The difference was the price which is one of the best on eBay, let alone, the Internet. Well packaged too. I would buy from here again without thinking about it twice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
