Touch screen works well, fans aren't loud, only legitimate issue found was a slightly sticky touchpad (requires more than 2 clicks to do make it tap). Overall for a small work machine works well would recommend. P.S for buyers I recommend debloating the HP software after purchase as it bottle necks the cpu HEAVILY has nothing to do with the seller just a thought :)

Took a lot of time and research to update the windows software since it had a lot of updates to go through. Thanks to the You Tube video I was able to walk thru the updates one at a time otherwise trying to let the computer download them all at once will lock up the computer. Works great. Thanks!

The Intel i7 processor, 32GB of RAM, and Touchscreen ensures that you can run many types of programs simultaneously without the system slowing down. This unit was refurbished and came in excellent condition at a very good price.

Only ebay must optimize the delivery which took too much time. There are too many intermediaries for international delivery. In future, ebay should entrust deliveries directly to DHL or UPS, or leave it up to the customer to choose the delivery service best suited to his financial situation.
