It doesn't hold one side of the band and starts to come off after a few pulls. One of the bolts of the band clip isn't threaded properly and doesn't screw on smoothly that it needs to pliers to tighten or loosen. Over time this will strip the threads. I will get rid of clips & band tie this instead. I also received only one flat band and 6 tubular bands. I have no use for tubular bands.
