Was brand new unopened in mfg packaging as described, however there was a chip on the paint right on top. I contacted them and they immediately issued a postage paid return label. I’m giving the item 5-stars because it was brand new. Would absolutely do business with them again, great communication and prompt resolution. Highly recommended.

But they basically overnighted it to me from Japan, and there's a little special set of Timex Japan playing cards that came with it. Nice touch. This is the second time I purchased from them, and I would purchase with them again. They also opened the watch prior to shipping to make sure it functioned properly and repackaged it. I am grateful for their service. Would highlyRecommend
