The box did have some minor dings upon arrival, but that could be from post office handling or manufacturer and not from the seller per se. I don't know much about headphones, but this is a considerable upgrade for me personally! I haven't tried to charge them yet. The charging cable is super short but I plan to use my own anyway. I'm very happy with my purchase & would buy from this seller again!

The sound quality it pretty good. I usually use it to talk on the phone to stay hands free. It's also very comfortable and blocks out outside noise which is really great!
