My cancellation was immediately denied; the seller claimed they had already shipped. I waited several weeks for this item in hopes that I was wrong about the seller and that the dress would be satisfactory. As expected, the dress I received was a joke. The seller resisted granting a refund but ultimately agreed, then never sent the money.
