Hopefully the parts last at least 6 months to a year. Get the Allstate warranty for another $8. Communication was substandard with this company.

Unfortunately this very fragile item had a crack that was barely visible rendering it unusable. Contacted the seller who got back to us immediately. He offered us a refund just asking up to send him a picture of the defective item. I rate this seller a 5 as it is just as important how a seller handles a situation when an issue arises as they do when all is well. Thank you
