There was a problem with the package being delivered, which was on the USPS side, NOT THE SELLER. Took several days but our local post office got it straightened up. Seller offered to take care of the problem but thankfully the cables showed up this morning .Thank you for the great service.

Seller checked the tracking and quickly replaced the item. Thank you! PS: The Chaser works great and with the two settings it has longer range than our old one did. So in my humble opinion, the item is better than described! Great value, looks nice, arrived well packaged and in perfect condition!! Highly recommend the item and this seller!!
