Per Royal Mail the total shipping charge for both my orders combined would be GBP 14.20. But I paid a total of GBP 48.94 for shipping. (the other order’s charge was 27.97) I do not mind paying a bit extra for handling…but 245% for handling? I initially gave them the benefit of doubt and awaited for them to send a replacement which has never arrived nor has a refund and I’m now past the time frame for eBay to intervene. They are now avoiding any communication from me.
