I've since had it professionally repaired as these Kef xq20's are my endgame speakers. Seller sent speakers in perfect condition but we concluded that the packing store dropped one of them and just sent it out like that. This is horrible service from Office Depot and the employee should be fired. However, seller made a wonderful gesture and refunded half of the cost for repairs. Excellent communication.
