First things first don’t expect it to all 100% fit, these are not original nintendo parts and certain items are poorly printed causing them to not snap into place. Keep in mind this is a hard project to do so any minor error could also lead to things not fitting properly. Overall happy with my purchase but will need to rework my nintendo in the future to replace certain parts that just didn’t fit properly in this set.

The appearance of the final product isn't great either, as the shell pieces don't snap together properly. Overall, this isn't a great value when it comes to swapping out the shell.

I was a little bummed but I appreciated the seller’s transparency. The shell is obviously aftermarket but that much is stated on the listing. Its main problem is the fact that it’s not made to the same specifications so it doesn’t fit perfectly but does the job and looks a lot better than a dirty scratched shell.
