She supplied many photos for the potential buyer to look over before purchasing. I did not need to contact seller as everything went smoothly! And to add: the seller packed the back very well, making sure the address label were sealed and the bag had plenty of paper cushion in the event of a bumpy ride! The bag arrived intact and on time; I’m very pleased. Thank you

The seller is very friendly, accommodating, and informative and I will gladly do business with them in the future.
