Product itself is in immaculate condition. It is indeed complete and in near mint condition. All components are present; box itself is free from dents, dings or blemishes. Added penguin miniatures into a storage container of my own. Not a single complaint. Well done, seller!

When it didn't arrive a second time, I contacted USPS. It turns out my mailman marked us as "moved out". So we were out 1.5 weeks worth of mail. But this seller was courteous enough to send it again, and, not only that, it arrived in excellent condition!
