We already had the second, minute and hour hands but needed to replace the whole mechanism for out wall clock. The item came well packed and the Seller's customer service was great. They also included China Speedpak tracking and at also UK tracking. The whole item arrived safely and really quickly . Very impressed. Would buy from this Seller again. Thank you - Highly Recommend**

I complained and the vendor offered for me to keep the plugs and he would refund me £3 when the cost had been £9.06. I refused the offer. I was then offered £5. Reluctantly as the plugs had come from China and the return costs would have been significant, I accepted.
