I accidentally hit the “whatever it’s called” when the Seller sends you an offer and you don’t accept it. So…I sent the same amount offer to the Seller and the Seller accepted. When the, on the Seller’s site, discount was not applied I sent a message to the Seller inquiring why the discount was not applied. The Seller replied it didn’t apply if I made the offer. So…in my opinion this Seller has no “care for customers.”

After looking it over well, they confirmed “no issues, all prongs look great, stones are genuine, looks like a brand new ring”.
