I received my item and although it was a bit damaged probably in shipping, I reached out to them with pictures and they promptly responded back telling me that they would ship out another one immediately. Tracking was provided and I’m expecting it to be delivered today according to the tracking. Thank you for the great customer support. I made the mistake of not paying full attention to specs of it so after I received it and noticed MY mistake, I contacted seller in hopes of an exchange for exactly what I needed. After a couple weeks of being told that it would work, despite what I told them and they didn't even know what the part was for, I gave up and kept it. They may sell great products, but I won't try from them again.
