They were so kind and completely understood my frustration. I was very angry with FedX delivering my purchases to the wrong address several times. The seller took care of everything immediately and sent my purchase out again and it arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Seller provided a FedEx tracking number, however, it wasn’t my package. Seller said I would definitely receive it that day, but when asked for a tracking number, he wouldn’t provide one. I finally did receive item, in an Amazon package!!! Looking at Amazon, it was cheaper through Amazon, we should have saved the money and ordered via Amazon.
