I would have given them a neutral rating but Ebay makes me wait 7 days before leaving a neutral or negative feedback.

The seller sent them USPS, which are the worst shipper by far, at least in my area. They were delivered to a wrong address, but luckily returned to the sorting center and I finally received them. Not sure I would have changed my bid knowing USPS but I knew it would take longer at minimum.
