She replied that from the seller's standpoint it was Positive, but from the buyer's standpoint, the error was on her (??). Yet, again, she didn't mention anything negative about the purchase. I do accept returns, & will always try to rectify any problem encountered, but it truly appears to me that there was no problem with the item itself, the price ($3.51), or delivery (4 days). So...????
