I have a new machine coming to me, and have sent the old one back to them, at no charge. Companies can have problems, but if their customer service is anything close to the Creality-3d-tech store, I can assure you all there is no problems there. Fast response, satisfying results, and am now very happy with the entire purchase. A1 company in my estimation. TY Lucy
