    The seller sent a damaged product, I sent a photo. The seller offered to return $25 or wait a maximum of 7 day for a half refund. After receiving and using it a period, the buyer claimed it was defective and requested a refund without returning the item. We followed eBay’s policies and offered fair solutions, but the buyer refused to cooperate. Such behavior is against eBay’s guidelines and should not be encouraged.
