I appreciated their honesty and I do want to give them more business so I’m going to buy some more CDs with photos this time! Quick response quick shipping packaged safe and great value. This time, unfortunately, the seller sent me a DVD that was for a region that is not used in the USA. I immediately asked for a refund and the chance to return it. The seller provided the refund just as fast which shows their honesty and integrity. I have not been sent a return label yet but that is up to them. The only other negative is that the dvd was shipped in a thin plastic envelope providing no protection at all. No bubbles
