Shipping time was fast and it arrived as soon as it could with the international shipping and customs and all that, which is outside of the seller's control. I got a great price for an excellent item and it came exactly as described. Communication with the seller was very clear and I could feel the amount of care they put into their business. Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend this shop!

Shipping expectations were clearly communicated & I believe it arrived earlier than expected. Packaging was done with care using recycled material & bubble wrap. I plan to set her up closer to the winter time, but I opened to take a look at her & she looks wonderful! The seller thoughtfully added a nice note & orizuru which brought me joy :)

For me not an issue, but for some collectors this is very important, so I am glad they communicated that. Very fast shipping with signature verification was great to make sure the package was safe and secure! Items were well packaged to avoid damage during transit. Everything exactly as described and matched the pictures.
