Seller checked the tracking and quickly replaced the item. Thank you! PS: The Chaser works great and with the two settings it has longer range than our old one did. So in my humble opinion, the item is better than described! Great value, looks nice, arrived well packaged and in perfect condition!! Highly recommend the item and this seller!!

Probably the mail carrier gave it to another person. It was in my mailbox the next day. No problems from the seller. The product was just as described.
