The only thing with my shipment the case hinge was sheered off, and it just fell apart when opened. I know, that's not the tool itself, however the case is kind of important due to the fact the tool has more than one part to it. Its worth the price, and it showed up on time for me. Oh, I love the fact they used a real usps tracking number as well.

Surprisingly, I reached to the Seller who advised if I didn’t receive the by today they would refund my money. Good customer service. The part is as described new and price was the cheapest I could find. I recommend this seller.

I opened the package and was surprised that there was no packaging separating the two light housings from each other. From my experience in shipping computers, I knew this wasn't good. No apparent damage outside, but one of the lights were damaged internally. Seller communicated quickly, and tried to resolve with partial refund, would not send a replacement for broken part. So full refund it is. At least they sent a return label.
