I heard nothing back so I suspect either the seller is not interested in my issue and/or does not wish to resolve it in any possible manner. Please let me also state that the seller handled the initial purchase quickly with fantastic packaging and fast shipping.

I’ve had other gel that I’ve ordered before and they didn’t use a box and when it arrived, it was busted open because of the extreme heat.
