There was an issue with the trim color of the ordered item not being exactly as expected, seller was quite accomodating about the issue and worked with me to come to a satisfactory solution. Not the sellers issue, but the item advertises that it can be installed by a single person. Don't believe that this is true unless you are an experienced electrician.
