In my car it needs the provided 12v charger to charge the phone, otherwise the 5v2a the car can provide start charging but then stops. Not surprised by this but was hoping it could deliver 7.5w charging via that. Everything in the box works perfectly together and it's nice to have the routing stickies. Shipped quickly and packaged well.

It does fine at charging too, but there are faster options for car charging. But as an all in one phone mount and charging station, I love it! I am debating on getting one for my other car!

The camera matches the description and appears to be in good shape. There was confusion with the shipping (probably on the carrier's end-- it said it was delivered when it had not arrived yet), but the seller was able to clarify and resolve the confusion promptly. I would buy from them again.

The directions were minimal but only took a few minutes to figure out. The only downside was an 8-day delivery time (from California to Oregon) instead of the 2-4 day delivery time advertised. Customer service was immediate when I brought it to their attention; USPS screw-up and not Anker Outlet Store's fault.
