They ship promptly, and I they have the finest bar packaging of any seller. One note: I did include a note to Archer to send me a semi-chisel chain instead of the full-chisel (as per Archer's instructions), but I received the full-chisel anyway. No biggie, I'll run it, so I'm still giving five stars.
