After contacting them about the mishap, they were very responsive and extremely willing to resolve the issue. Today the correct component arrived and works perfectly in my device. This seller has excellent customer service capabilities and is very easy to work with. The items are priced fairly and are shipped quickly. It is evident by how the component was wrapped prior to shipping that they have a quality operation. Very positive!!!

Unfortunately, only the bottom right quadrant would register touches. I notified the seller and they immediately gave a full refund. They went above and beyond to make it right and I will buy again. Being a used part, and installing it myself, I didn’t expect them to give a full refund. A++ Seller!

It arrived in-tact, with the described damage; however after assessing my own technical skills on a smaller A4222 display: I decided I wasn't fully cut out to try it on the thinner and more fragile A2485. Consider buying if you are able to do so, as this seller packages their parts well and describes them as is. Condition is immaculate.
