Batteries charged up very well using USB -C which makes it easy. I don't know how to use the radios to do anything at all YET. I will do more research and hopefully find out how to find radio signals in my vicinity. Bought to keep handy in case the power grid goes down or the country has some nuclear war like they keep talking about. Surely this will be a good step in the right direction.

Its putting out the full 10watts plus on 2meters and just a little shy of that on 440 band. The audio is loud on both TX an RX. The belt clip is really just for looks I guess, unless you are wearing suspenders. The gooseneck antenna has good SWR's allowing the power to get out. If you want a GOOD hand-held, its worth it. If You want looks from your HAM buddies or GMRS'ers..... This is the radio.
