I actually forgot to order a power cord for Australia standards, they actually contacted me and posted one for free the same day. It's only when you have problems that you really find out how good the customer service is. When I contacted the seller they promptly sent out replacement parts for me, free of charge, which fixed the problem. I initially emailed Mrcartool directly using the email address in the user manual but received no reply. However, when I contacted the seller through eBay the customer support was second to none.
