There are visible scratches on the case since it is used and I don't mind them considering the major price slash and the earbuds being fine. Mine did still have the information of the previous owner on them but can be fixed easily by initializing them on the Sony Sound Connect app.

While I cannot do that, I can say that I’d purchase again from this seller based on the reasonable nature of how the last transaction was handled. The item was at a good price too!
