Because the directions were so awful I had to disassemble the pen several times to get get it right. The top cover is paper thin and will not last long. The entire cage is not sturdy. This item is definitely not worth 169.00. I wouldn’t recommend this pen to my worst enemy !!!! I should get a partial refund, of at least 50.00 for this junk.
