    I did not want to lower this seller's star ratings, but I have to say that communication with this seller was poor (actually non-existant). I sent this seller two requests a month apart and never received an answer to either. To his/her credit, the items I ultimately purchased were as described, were packaged well and shipped within a reasonable span of time.

S. to western Canda considering a one month strike by Canada POst approaching the Christmas rush. Exellent communication from the seller with updates on the shipping issues from their end with regards to the acceptance of packages destined for Canada during the strike.
