A little scary at first with the paperwork sent with the item, still have not heard back from the email that was demanded, then had a small wrinkle with AT&T, dealt with quickly by the agent l dealt with. Been a surprise with the unit charging. Not like other devices l have used in the past, but quick recovery. Seems to work fine altogether. We do have a 100% on time departure rate. Sometimes we use both the away mode and handling times to accurately represent how long it will take to ship. This is usually due to receiving high volumes of orders, but at the same time, ensure every item arrives in the time estimate given by eBay. We always follow up with members.
