It was a brand-new watch with tags and plastic still attached. The buyer is lying here because I caught him in a tired old scam: Claim something is "flawed" to get a post-sale discount. How do I know this? I offered a hassle-free return and he didn't want to do that. Instead of getting a full refund, he would rather keep a "nasty" and flawed watch?
