Able to speak to seller (by phone as contact details were on packaging) who was excellent. He checked with his suppliers that he had provided correctly and confirmed I could place belt in hot water for a few mins to make more malleable, which worked. Very reasonably priced, arrived promptly and good friendly communication and service. Thank you Ellisons!
