They honored their free return policy and it was painless to take it to the post office and have them scan a QR code. Not long after that the seller communicated that they would send a replacement and apologized for the mixup. They even added a little bit of a discounted price refund for all the trouble. Great seller. Really great communication. Stuff happens sometimes. Thanks for making it right.
